Young family, travelling Australia, house sitting/pet sitting/livestock
About
Hi, we are a young family of 4, mum, dad & two young girls (2year old & 6 month old). We are wanting to see our beautiful country. I’m from Sydney originally & my husband is from Melbourne. We would love to see more of our own cities as well, happy to go anywhere. We plan to do this for the next few months, maybe longer if we find the right places to stay at the right times.
My background is disability work, nanny, house sitting/pet sitting/dog walking (I had a business doing this!) and some agricultural experience, and my husband is a tradie.
We will pretty much look after any animals but there are some exceptions:
– no restricted breed dogs or dogs that have any bite history or aggressive tendencies especially towards children. Smaller dogs are preferable, especially if they are indoors. But chat to me 🙂
– I have ticked yes to reptiles but won’t look after snakes! Lizards are fine
– I have a fear of rodents so can’t look after mice or rats, sorry for inconvenience.
