URGENTLY NEED HOUSE SITTER. My house sitter cancelled due to family emergency. FEMALE ONLY PLEASE, as this is what my dog is used to. PLEASE NOTE: As Springwood is in the LOWER Blue Mountains it is not cold here, being half an hour from the Sydney Western Suburbs. We enjoy a mild climate and it never snows here. I live in a ground floor as new comfortable 1 bdrm nice unit in an over 55’s complex. (Although the house sitter wouldn’t have to be over 55!!) Reverse cycle air con etc. No cars pass my unit as I am right down the back, not near a road & fairly private. QUIET AND PEACEFUL. Lower Blue Mountains. Very close to shops, restaurants, take aways, railway station, bus stop etc.(all 7 mins walk) Plenty of things to see and do. BLUE MTNS, Jenolan Caves, 3 Sisters etc. Sydney day trip. Bushwalking. Art, Crafts, Scenic Railway. I have a precious little female papillon dog called Possum who is 8yo. She loves a walk twice daily, and to play ball etc. I am home most of the time so she is not used to being left for long periods although she doesn’t bark when I’m out & is very well behaved. She is very affectionate and is housetrained. I have a very small garden I would appreciate being watered. Approx 2 hr by train to Sydney. 45mins to Katoomba, scenic world etc
