Hello
We live in a 3 bedroom (2 queens 1 double), 1 bathroom (separate toilet) lowset house. We live in a dead end street and the area is quiet, all neighbours are lovely and know us.
We are heading out on our first major holiday to Tassie to see a friend for 2 weeks.
There are shops that are 1min drive or 5 minute walk down the road – fish & chip shop, bakery, spar, sushi, laundromat, alcohol shop etc. There is also further down the road, an Aldi, Bunnings, Chemist Warehouse, Woolworths etc. Train station nearby, plenty of buses and parks.
House – aircon in master and lounge, very secure house, kitchen with all appliances, laundry with dryer and washer, office (attached to laundry), high set carport at front of house, fully fenced yard.
Animals – Merlot – 3yr old cat – she is an indoor cat only, loves scratches and pats, and loves to play at night if you can.
Merlin – 9yr old doberman – loves his people, pats, cuddles, listens well and follows commands, sleeps inside at night and stays inside if you go out. Doggy door allows them to go in and out as they please during the day when you are home.
Mickey – 2 year old german shepherd – very energetic girl, listens well and follows commands, does get very playful, can jump when excited to see people but still training her with this. Very good guard dog, loves people and other dogs to play with.
Rux – 4yr old stimson’s python – stays in his enclosure unless I take him out of course – he will be fed already so you won’t need to do anything with him aside from top up his water once or twice whilst he is asleep in his log during the day – very friendly fellow and curious. Very secure and cannot escape his enclosure. He is a small snake.
My main priority is that our animals are looked after and treated well. There is colorbond fencing all the way around the house so you have full privacy.
We are approx 30-40min from Gold Coast and 30 min from the City.
