Description
Single level house on 10 acres pasture, 2kms off main highway with a 10 min drive to nearest town and 20 min to Hobart.
Confidence with large animals is necessary as there are two horses and a Dexter bull. There are also five hand raised sheep, two dogs, three indoor cats, a parakeet and hens.
Whilst the dogs are generally walked daily there would be no obligation to do so as they do have a fenced area to exercise in. The bird is capable of flight and is kept separate from the cats. The horses may require rugging and it’s always worth knowing where Bobby bull is but give him some hay and he’s happy
Yes it’s fun managing all these animals but so long as they have food and fresh water they are mostly content.
