Comfortable country cottage overlooking the Liverpool Plains. 15mins to Gunnedah on a sealed road. Home to 2 dogs and 4 steers. Jobs include feeding and running dogs, checking water for cattle, some garden / vegetable watering / mowing and collecting mail from town. Gunnedah is a vibrant community with lots of activities and natural areas to visit. Large shed with power should you have a caravan and wish to park it there.
