Must love quiet affectionate 16 year old domestic cat.
Happy to Feed twice daily, clean out litter box every 3-5 days & brush weekly.
In turn you come housesit in a near new clean, warm cosy home (cottage) on 2 acres with wood fire plus central heating, & WiFi. No grass mowing required just watering of house pot plants.
Quiet location Short walk to Murray river thru natural bush land and backing onto public golf course.
Local VIC/NSW border Township only 3.5km away from home along with large lake & many social & services clubs. One hour drive from Albury/Wodonga & Shepparton, 45mins from Wangaratta & Benalla.
