Our home is located in Kingsville, a lovely pocket of Melbourne’s inner west. It is a short walk to cafes, boutique shops and an art deco cinema. Head to neighbouring Footscray for more nightlife. It is 8km from the CBD, easy access with the train stop only 600m away and 5 stops in. Enjoy everything the house has to offer; outdoor fireplace; ducted heating; heated floors in bathroom.
We have a very comfortable spare room available, so would be ideal for single or couple. You would be caring for one dog and one cat. They are relatively low maintenance, fine to be left home alone, no litter tray duties. Dog would love a walk around the block but it doesn’t have to be daily.
