A single storey house with 5 bed, 3 bath 2 living areas on almost 3/4 acre block, backing onto a reserve. Located at the edge of a major 30k population regional town with excellent shopping, sports facilities, pubs, restaurants, a movie theatre, a performing arts centre and major hospital. An hourly town service bus stop is 100m from the house, WiFi, heating, cooling, pay TV channels etc.
We require the house sitter to look after our dog, a 4 yr old Labrador called Murphy; feed him, water him, walk him and give him lots of love.
Also, water indoor and patio plants, cut the lawns when necessary and keep the place neat, tidy and safe.
