We are very close to the Blackwood River in a small country town. 3 x 1 Comfy cottage house with full front and back verandahs in a shady quiet setting. Newly renovated bathroom, laundry and back verandah – to be completed 19.1.25. We have 1 very loving dog and 1 smoochy cat to mind. Room for your caravan, walking distance to river, parks, shops, cafes, hotels and restaurants. Low maintenance gardens/watering. Kayaks available to use on the river.
