4 month sit from June – looking for a relaxing holiday? Beautiful, serene Adelaide Hills location. Relax on 20 acres with little to do. Feed dog, chooks, birds, horses, turtle, fish and check cow. 10 mins to Tea Tree Plaza and on sealed road. We are looking for someone we can trust to care for our beloved animals, particularly one inside parrot, while we are away. With an open lake next to the house and various dams on the property, this is NOT suitable for children.
I need someone who is experienced and comfortable handling horses and is able to put horse rugs on and off if required.
No gardening required, just a water if needed, depending on weather. Lots of support from neighbours if required. Not suitable for caravans sorry.
There is also a pet python but can be fed by others if not comfortable to do so. It is not in the house.
Magnificent location. If you are an animal lover, looking to relax in the Hills, we have the property for you. Neighbors close by for support if needed but totally private. No gardening required, unless you want to, just stay and care for my animals. Nice house with dishwasher, stone kitchen, lovely outdoor pergola with BBQ overlooking lake with water lilies. Just pure tranquility. Would suit someone with prior farm experience or previous farm owners. Tank water only so knowledge of such and water conservation focus is a must. Animal lover and ability to care for array of animals and confident around horses an absolute must. Telstra internet provided.
