Description
Large 5 bedroom house on acreage in Glenning Valley NSW, 10 minutes from the freeway, 10 minutes to multiple shopping centres (Tuggerah Westfield, Bay Village) and 10 minutes to beautiful beaches.
We have a friendly chocolate Border Collie Ralph who needs some company (but don’t need to be home all day) and six of chickens who just need water topping up, and coop opened and closed morning and evening.
Ralph doesn’t need walks but enjoys a run in the garden and ball throw. He loves following the chickens and ’rounding them up’.
We have a lovely outdoor undercover area and BBQ over looking the garden (acreage). Wifi, Netflix, Disney+ available, and air con in various parts of the house.
Prefer couple or singles.
