Description
The property is 4 acres in NW Tasmania. It is a beautiful peaceful place with views of hills and coastline. We are 5 minutes from the coast and 10 minutes from two major towns. There are 3 alpacas who only need their water troughs checked each week. The four chickens, one cat and two dogs need someone who loves pets. Josie is an independent older cat. Pixie and Moo are Chinese Crested dogs who love company but don’t need long walks every day. Moo is always playful and very loving. She is nervous with animals she doesn’t know so it wouldn’t be possible to bring another animal here. There is a very large garden and lawn. The garden areas get watered, and there is a courtyard with hanging baskets that are watered daily. The house is comfortable and you would probably have the cat and dogs share your couch on cool evenings in front of the pot belly. They are used to having someone home with them during the day. If these are things that would suit you, I think you would enjoy your stay here very much.
