Description
A four bedroom modern home sitting on picturesque 5 acres. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and oak trees, this house is our little patch of paradise. It has a beautiful open modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, fire place, fruit orchard and unlimited, high-speed internet. It is less than 15 minutes to Leongatha where you will find major shopping outlets and restaurants. It is 30 minutes away from the beaches of Inverloch in the south, and to the north you will find Warragul.
We share it with 4 dogs, chickens, ducks, a few goats, sheep & an alpaca. They are all very low maintenance, but dogs & poultry will need to be fed twice a day, and fresh water provided. Otherwise, nothing else to do but enjoy the incredible views…
